The 288 seater quick service restaurant, Darshan (Baner), spreads over 3 floors - garden seating, air conditioned seating and terrace seating. To modernize the iconic Pune restaurant, and communicate it personality without isolating its current audience but, we designed the space to ensure that the customer enjoys the bounty of nature - either by directly incorporating landscaping in certain set-ups or then playing with patterns created by sunlight. This reminded the customer of the Darshan promise - ‘Always Fresh.’ The minimalist but warm and fuss free interiors design mirrors what Darshan strives for - to deliver quality and hygienic food at pocket friendly prices.
